In April Cloud Payment Service was unavailable on
2025-04-06 between 8:00 and 8:45 UTC
CPS restarted due to heavy load and was failing to recover during this period of time.
2025-04-15 8:22 UTC (11 minutes)
CPS had a database issue causing the service to become unavailable.
The load issue has been found and resolved preventing this from happening further.
The database has adjusted to prevent this from happening again.
